Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging the services of Ritik Gupta ("Developer", "I", "me"). By contacting me, submitting a project inquiry, making a payment, or using any of my services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services

I provide web development services including but not limited to:

• Custom website design and development
• Web application development
• UI/UX design
• Website revamping and maintenance
• Sale of source code for existing web applications

All services are discussed, agreed upon, and documented before work begins. I reserve the right to decline any project at my discretion.

2. Project Agreement & Scope

Each project begins with a detailed discussion to understand your requirements. The scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be mutually agreed upon before I begin any development.

Any changes to the agreed scope mid-project may result in revised timelines or pricing, which will be communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is determined on a per-project basis after discussing your requirements. There are no fixed public rates — all quotes are custom and depend on the complexity and features of the project.

• A partial advance payment may be required before project commencement
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery
• Payment terms will be clearly communicated before any work begins
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a custom project, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables (code, design, files).

For source code purchases, you receive a personal/commercial license to use the code as specified in the purchase agreement. Reselling or redistributing the purchased source code to others is not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing prior to project start.

5. Revisions & Changes

A reasonable number of revisions are included in each project, as agreed upon during our initial discussion. Revisions are defined as minor adjustments within the original scope — not new features or major redesigns.

Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of final delivery. Revisions requested after this period may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery & Timelines

I strive to deliver all projects on time. Timelines are estimated during the project discussion and are subject to the timely provision of required content, assets, and feedback from the client.

Delays caused by the client (such as delayed content submission or feedback) will not be attributed to the Developer.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of custom digital work:

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If I am unable to deliver the agreed work, a full or partial refund will be discussed
• Source code sales are final — no refunds after delivery and download

8. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate requirements and timely feedback
• Supplying any necessary content, images, or assets for the project
• Ensuring all content you provide does not infringe upon any third-party rights
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeline

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered product, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

10. Confidentiality

I treat all project details, business information, and communication as confidential. I will not disclose your project information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of my services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
