Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging the services of Ritik Gupta. By contacting me or using my services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services

I provide web development services including: custom website design, web application development, UI/UX design, website revamping, maintenance, and source code sales. All services are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Project Agreement & Scope

Each project begins with a detailed discussion. Scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are mutually agreed upon before development starts. Changes to scope mid-project may affect timelines or pricing.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Pricing is determined per-project after discussing requirements
• A partial advance payment may be required before commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the final deliverables. For source code purchases, reselling or redistributing to others is not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing.

5. Revisions & Changes

A reasonable number of revisions are included per project. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of final delivery. Revisions after this period may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery & Timelines

I strive to deliver all projects on time. Delays caused by the client (delayed content or feedback) will not be attributed to me.

7. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If I am unable to deliver the agreed work, a refund will be discussed
• Source code sales are final — no refunds after delivery

8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for: providing accurate requirements and timely feedback, supplying necessary content/assets, and ensuring all content you provide does not infringe third-party rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered product.

10. Confidentiality

All project details and communication are treated as confidential. I will not disclose your project information to any third party without consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
